These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Six Blades Jiu Jitsu website and SMS messaging program.

1. Who We Are

Six Blades Denver is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located at 7444 S University Blvd, Littleton, CO 80122, operated by Sierra Paradise Corp.

2. SMS Messaging Program

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@sixbladesdenver.com or (720) 441-4408.

3. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your enrollment, class scheduling, and program updates. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Memberships & Billing

Memberships run on monthly billing cycles. Cancellations can be requested with a standard notice period prior to the next billing date. No long-term contracts are required to begin.

6. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
