C.O.R.E. is our advanced leadership program for students who are ready to be challenged at a higher level — not just physically, but in character, mindset, and responsibility.
Most parents aren’t looking for another activity. They’re looking for structure, confidence, and a mentor they trust. They want their child challenged — not pressured. Guided — not babysat. That’s exactly what C.O.R.E. delivers.

Every aspect of the program is built around these four principles.
Confidence
Built through real achievement — not hollow praise. Every student earns their confidence on the mat.
Ownership
Students take responsibility for their training, their attitude, and their growth.
Respect
For instructors, teammates, and themselves. Respect is not optional — it’s foundational.
Excellence
The standard is high. Students in C.O.R.E. are expected to bring their best — every single class.

This Is NOT For Parents Who:
- Want quick fixes or fast belt promotions
- Are looking for after-school daycare, not real training
- Expect trophies without putting in the work
- Prefer a low-accountability, anything-goes environment
- Are not ready to commit to consistent attendance
