The Junior Program is designed for kids ages 6–12 who are ready for structured, accountable training. Classes balance discipline and encouragement, focusing on technique, consistency, and effort — not just physical activity.
Most parents aren’t looking for “another activity.” They want structure, confidence, and a mentor they trust. They want their child challenged — not pressured. Guided — not babysat.

Why Junior Training Works
Four pillars behind our results with kids ages 6–12.
Structured Curriculum
A clear progression system so every student knows exactly where they are and where they’re going.
Discipline & Encouragement
High standards and a positive environment. We push kids to grow without breaking their spirit.
Technique First
Real Jiu-Jitsu skills, not choreographed moves. Confidence built on something that actually works.
Earned Progress
Every stripe and belt is earned through real effort. That sense of achievement lasts a lifetime.
